At X-Rite Photo Europe, we take your privacy extremely seriously and we want to ensure that our policy is clear and easy to understand. This policy explains how we use your personal data when you purchase through www.xritephoto.eu. TypeMaker Limited is the parent company of X-Rite Photo Europe, and we will never sell, share or rent your information to others in ways different to what is disclosed in this document.

Information we collect

At different stages of your experience on xritephoto.eu, we collect and process the following data about you:

Signing in/up – We store personal data including usernames, emails and passwords, in encrypted formats to provide an easy checkout experience for returning customers. We also collect data for the purposes of direct marketing in the form of email newsletters and physical mailings.

Orders – Our online order forms request certain pieces of personally identifiable information. This includes: names, email addresses, delivery and billing addresses and telephone numbers. Payment details such as card numbers, expiry dates and CVC codes are not stored by X-Rite Photo Europe and are passed directly to our payment gateway providers. We use SagePay and PayPal as our compliant payment gateways, and Lloyds Cardnet Merchant Services.

All of the data we collect is used internally by our team, to improve our website and wider business, and where applicable, allows us to communicate with you through agreed channels such as newsletters or for transactional purposes.

Consent
